How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your customer account to check the status of your order. From there you can choose an option to view the order. After clicking on the order, you can see whether it is being fulfilled, sent or held.

If you have checked out as a guest, please contact info@binthout.nl to check the status of your order.

When will my order be shipped?

When your order is shipped depends on the type of product and the amount of customization. You can always log into your customer account to see the status or use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track packages.

Can I also place a rush order?
