Bornrif on Ameland

The lighthouse of Ameland is also known as Bornrif. It was built in 1881 by order of King Willem III. The tower is 55.3 meters high, making it the second tallest lighthouse on our TVTAS islands. As for the color scheme, it is the only red and white tower on the islands.
