Smoking wood

At Binthout we have a residual flow of American oak. It produces these chips that are particularly suitable for smoking on the barbecue.

You use the smoke wood to give your dishes an extra experience. Oak smoking wood gives a wonderful scent and colors your smoking material beautifully golden yellow brown.

• Put a handful of wood in silver foil
• Poke some holes in the package
• Place it between the coals in the barbecue
