This 79 meter high red tower is the only one in the Netherlands with this special color. He has not always been red, also yellow and white. At the last restoration in 1984 it was made red again. The tower was painted in the Middle Ages to protect the marlstone against weather influences. The paint was made from marl parts that were soaked with iron ore, the result was an oxblood-colored paint.

This city tower is cut from solid Dutch ash wood with laser cutting. Each tower has a unique look!

Sustainable origin

This Dutch wooden Sint Janskerk is nice as gift or if decoration on the wall or in front of the window. The sizes vary from 30 to 50 cm.
