The Brandaris on Terschelling is the oldest working lighthouse in the Netherlands. The tower has been there since 1594, it is the successor to the first Brandaris tower that collapsed into the sea in 1570 because the island of Terschelling moved slowly.

This city tower is cut from solid Dutch ash wood with laser cutting. Each tower has a unique look!
